I only recognize three of the items in your list, and it honestly excited me! I think you are the only person in class that included essays in your top ten, and I think that shows a lot about your desire to learn and explore scholarly topics. I can’t say that there have been many essays that I have even read in my life, let alone ones that I felt really struck or influenced me, so thanks for inspiring me to look up those essays and see what goodness there is to learn from them. I also love the specific rendition of Homeward Bound that you listed. I love the song in general, but seeing it listed here reminded me how beautiful and almost sacred that cover is. Thank you for sharing!
